Well…Summer 2022 is in full swing and it is hot in Atlanta. I hope this message finds you well. While my office is “officially” closed in celebration of Black History and Culture, I am hard at work resting and thinking deeply about the future of my work training and coaching Black Male Educators. I continue to reflect on leadership development, specifically, the “language of leadership” and how to help Black Male Educators master it and so much more.
