Our Programs

Our programs are led by experienced practitioners who have demonstrated effectiveness in the field and allow Black men of diverse backgrounds the opportunity to learn as their most authentic selves. Our programs offer:

  • exclusive access to a national network of Black men with a wide range of experiences working in the education sector
  • Experiential, cohort-based learning to shae ideas and work together to develop collaborative strategies
  • Black men feel seen, get equipped, and gain confidence to proudly continue leading our students and communities towards brighter, stronger futures.

BMEsTalk: Catalyst Retreat

A 4-day retreat designed to enable Black male educators with the skills and practices to model social and emotional competencies effectively, navigate challenging situations and conflicts with clarity and confidence, and foster a culture of collaboration within their educational teams. Delivered in person, the Catalyst offers 24 hours of facilitated learning.

BMEsTalk: Incubator Fellowship

A 10-month certification program designed to provide a supportive and transformative learning environment where Black men can develop the facilitative leadership skills necessary to drive positive change and champion the success of students, educators, and entire school communities. The Incubator offers 42 hours of facilitated learning delivered in-person and live online.

An 4-session peer advisory group designed to cultivate a culture of collective intelligence, enabling Black men to harness the power of collaboration to drive success. Delivered live online, the Leadership Lab offers 8 hours of facilitated learning.
