Connect. Grow. Lead.
The BMEsTalk Advantage
Black male educators flourish in environments where they feel authentically connected and appreciated for who they are today.
Our programs are built to meet these needs by offering a blend of personal development and professional growth within a supportive, non-judgmental community that fosters both vulnerability and confidence.
Our programs are grounded in the five essential components of leadership development.

Catalyst

Incubator
A 10-month certification program designed to provide a supportive and transformative learning environment where Black men can develop the facilitative leadership skills necessary to drive positive change and champion the success of students, educators, and entire school communities.

Leadership Lab
An 4-session peer advisory group designed to cultivate a culture of collective intelligence, enabling Black men to harness the power of collaboration to drive success.
