Leadership

Ayodele Harrison, Director

In 2016, Ayodele quit teaching after 16 years, because his desire to become a teacher-leader wasn’t nurtured by his administration. Now, he designs leadership development spaces for Black Male Educators.

As Senior Partner, Education with CommunityBuild Ventures (CBV), Ayodele channels his 20+ years of working in public, private and international schools, to support schools and districts in remedying and reversing the educational inequities our students, parents, caregivers, teachers, staff and community members experience everyday.

William Stubbs, Program Strategist

William has worked to bring about change to advance student outcomes as a teacher, administrator and

systems leader. William sees his role as a change agent. William is currently a Middle School Managing Director with Uplift Education, a large, high performing charter school

network in North Texas. There he supervisors a cluster of schools in the Dallas and Fort Worth areas.
