Wow! 2021 is coming to a close. We made it, y’all. Congrats! Woot, woot! 2021 was full of a lot of firsts for me. I launched a virtual leadership development series entitled BMEsTalk Leadership Lab. I moderated a panel of Black men who lead education-based racial affinity groups and organizations around the country.
I served as a thought-partner for a team seeking to develop a 5-year strategy for recruiting and retaining Black Male Educators across the State of Georgia. I hired two Black Male Educators as contractors to support the professional development work I lead in Atlanta, GA and across the country.
My wife and I launched our first child into college. There is so much more to be grateful for. Check out the video below to hear more.
